The Somerset Chamber of Commerce and Somerset Inc. are paying tribute to the lives lost on Sept. 11, 2001, with a second annual flag installment event. It's being held at the Pennsylvania Turnpike exit to act as a gateway to Somerset County and the Flight 93 Memorial.
