Two bushes, tall and slim and reminiscent of the Twin Towers, and other small plants make up the small private memorial located on the Neenah Paper Mill Grounds in Appleton, Wisconsin. A plaque reads, “In memory of those who lost their lives in New York City, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania on 11 September 2001.”
