Biography:

Cesar A. Santana of Astoria, New York was born on October 30, 1949 in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic to his parents Luis Santana and Bertha Santana. Cesar worked as a Federal Agent with the United States Government. He had a love for playing the guitar. Cesar entered into eternal rest on October 28, 2016. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
