Mr. Ortiz,
I watched a documentry you were featured in called "Heroes of the 88th floor". You and your co-worker Frank di Martini saved over 70 people. You sacrificed your life for so many strangers. While hundreds went down all those flights of stairs you and Mr. Martini countinued up all those stairs to make sure every last person was out. Your acts on 9/11 were courageous and so heroic. What you did has affected many people me included. You will never be forgotten.
