My husband, Bryon (Ron) Moser, purchased a flag from a memorial that was erected in 2011 on Art Hill in St. Louis, MO. Art Hill is the lawn in front of the St. Louis Art Museum. The memorial displayed 3000 flags with the name of each victim of the 911 attack.
