I'm so sorry for your loss. This was my first visit today (5/4/15) to the 9/11 Memorial and connected to John's name. My thoughts go out to John's family.

Twelve years later I still miss my brother from another mother, especially that infectious laugh.

I remember John Cooper from when I travelled by myself from the London office in my early 20s, my first proper business trip and my first trip to the States. John was kind and considerate, making the effort to speak to me when I felt shy and alone. I was shocked to hear that he had died during 9/11 and I will always remember John. He was a happy person, relaxed and generous in nature. I'm now older than John was when we first met and he would be retired now. I hope that John is at peace.
