Perhaps you might be that long lost part of the Cooper clan that settled ground in Maryland. For some reason 14 years later I am feeling a calling to write to you here. I did not know you but I think your spirit is alive. Thank you Julian T. Cooper. You served our country well!!!

Your family is on my heart as we approach the anniversary of that horrific day. I have a bracelet engraved with his name on it - I bought it at a church event. I wanted you to know I've been praying for you for years now.
