What a shock to read about Mary Rae almost 13 years after the event. From a former Fremd alum my sincere condolences to her family.

I am a 12th grader at Paola High School and am doing a research project on an individual who lost their life in 9/11. We were told to choose a slim piece of paper out of a large bucket with a name on it and I happened to get Mari-Rae Soppers name. As I started researching her I realized that we have a lot in common like dance and performing. She seemed like a very passionate and kind lady. Sincere condolences to her friends and family.
