Peter was having the time of his life. Peter was about to start a new life: he was soon to be relocating to Cantor’s Shrewsbury office, he was engaged to be married to Debbie Johnson on November 16, and he was talking about buying a home in Monmouth County, NJ. Peter loved fishing, golf, football, skiing, horses, cooking, and summers down the shore. He was always on the go-every weekend he had people to see and things to do. His father always said to him “peter, don’t you ever relax”.
That was the person he was, always living life to its fullest. Peter was a very optimistic person-always positive and solving any issues that arised. He love to read “self help” books. He was a strong believer in not letting little things bother him. In his 26 years of life, Peter set goals and achieved them: college graduate of University of South Carolina, promising career as an Equities Trader, family values, love of life, multiple hobbies and sporting interests, and many friends. His family and friends will miss his warm smile, happiness, and determination in life. Peter will always remain in our hearts forever. He will always be our hero. His family found a poem that Peter had in a college scrapbook:
I Can Do It!
If you think you are beaten, you are,
If you think you dare not, you don’t.
If you like to win, but you think you can’t,
It’s almost certain you won’t.
If you think you’ll lose, your lost,
For out in the world we find,
Success begins with a fellow’s will-
It’s all in the state of mind.
If you think you are outclassed, you are.
You’ve got to think high to rise.
You’ve got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.
Life’s battles don’t always go
To the stronger or faster man,
But sooner or later the one who wins
Is the one WHO THINKS THEY CAN!!

I really don't know anyone
I really don't know anyone from the accident of 9/11.I have been looking through many people over and over again and for some strange reason Peter popped out at me. I have never experienced a death and I don't want too. I can't really ever say I know how hard it was or what you went through but I wanted to say I am terribly sorry for your loss. No matter how long ago it was I bet this day of every year has been the worst. His life seemed so happy and full of joy. He seemed like everything in life could have went his way and was going too. I hope today wasn't to bad for you but I mean there is no words to say about how sorry I feel for you. I give great respect to all the ones who have died no matter the cause. Life is a great gift and we should all enjoy it. I don't know peter but I think he did. Thanks for listening and again I'm sorry for your loss.

We never met, but I know we were related. My Dad was from New York and moved to California with his parents in the 1930's. I know you are watching over your family. RIP Peter

Why?
Miss you every day. I will never forget what a great person you were - having known you from H.S.
That year - 2001 - after not seeing you in years - we bumped into each other at a random Baltimore bar after the Preakness in May, again at Yankee Stadium June, in Sea Bright in July, and again at a restaurant Hoboken in August. I think what are the odds of that happening and it boggles my mind. You were probably the most easy going, funny, happy, positive and genuine person I have ever known.
You will never be forgotten, and always be missed.

Rest in eternal paradise peter
Peter, You are just one of many whose life story i had stumbled across on a 9/11 tribute page. I live in the UK, I was just 20 a week short of my 21st birthday when September11th happened, I've never been able to move on from what I saw that day or read after. Still like it was yesterday.. so every now and then I like to read up on someone in tribute to them and leave a little message. I'm so sad your life was cruely taken that day.. you had so much ahead of you, but for what you achieved in your young life was so inspiring and i hope that is of some comfort to your family and friends. I hope Debra learned to love again, I'm sure you would want her to. She will see you again one day. I hope that smiles can replace tears when they talk of you and feel such love for having had you in their life even though it was short. My love prayers strength and healing to your family and friends ❤️ we stand with America, we will never forget, i will never forget 🙏
