On this 10th anniversary, while watching footage of that tragic day, and listening to survivor story, I can't help but think of you Bob. I remember you in one of your training roles as the "Ability Man". I have often wondered about your last hours of life. I'm sure you used your ability to try to help as many as possible. Hope the great things you did in life provided some comfort to your family following your death.
