Samuel was one of the guards that all the tenants knew and loved. Guards would be rotated through various posts and whenever Samuel was moved his new tenants would soon rejoice and his old tenants would immediately feel cheated.

Samuel was always helpful and had something cheerful to say. He was devoted to his work took it seriously and would light up if asked anything about his children. He made a positive impact on so many tenants throughout his assignments and gave his life because of his concern for others. May God Bless him and his family.
