Hello, my name is Carlos. I am a freshman. I was recently assigned a project for 9/11. I drew a name from a jar and got William F Abrahmson. I just wanted to offer my condolences.

After the 25th anniversary of 9/11, I saw an Instagram post of someone running a mile for each life lost. I was inspired and so now I am hiking a mile to honor the lives lost on that day, a day to never forget and lives to never forget.

Today, on 9/16/2026, I hiked a mile in honor of William F. Abrahamson.
