I was a college suite-mate of Billy's. I first met him as his roommate Tommy was unloading his books and Billy was unloading his beer. We use to have a "rap" about who was uglier. We had some great times together. We have a 9/11 memorial in Brockport, NY and I donated a brick so his name is in a prominent front location in that memorial.
