Dear Michael

I'm sympathetic for your family, best wishes to them. It's horrible that it had to happen to you. It was an unbelievable thing that should have never happen. You are the reason whenever I see a fire truck I smile and wave. You kept America safe by risking your life. Thank you you are a true hero. You are deeply missed and never forgotten.
