It's been 21 long years, but we still love and miss you. Just listened to your name being called at the memorial ceremony. Still feels like a bad dream. I hope you and Mama are reunited, and you are both doing well. Ryan and I miss you very much.

Alva, a message from Marsh colleague in London, England. We spoke so many times about Lotus Notes. Your help and advice was valued. I never met you and Janet but I remember you both at this sad anniversary and at random times. I like to listen to the recording of the names read out so I can hear you and Janet being remembered. I will never forget you both. Michelle x
