I think of 911 each year as the anniversary draws closer. I was looking at the photos of the FDNY members lost on September 11th when I came across Lt Martini's picture. My own father had been a proud member of the Philadelphia Fire Department for many years. I found the resemblance between Lt Martini and my dad so striking that it gave me chills. I know in the same situation my dad would have climbed those towers as well. I believe that my dad and other firefighters who passed away prior to 9/11 were with their brothers when they met their fate on that terrible Tuesday and guiding them to their heavenly reward. God Bless all of the 9/11 victims and their families and friends!
