Another year has gone by Chris. I think of you and your brothers often. We had many good times together! Miss you my friend!

What started as an assignment in my U.S. History class to honor a hero on the 10th anniversary of 9/11 became a commitment to learn more about the real people who lost their lives for my freedom. To say I knew you personally would be a lie.

To say I understand why you died would also be untrue. I was in kindergarten on that horrible day September 11, 2001. I didn't know you, but I do know you were someone's son, husband, father, and friend. And you are a hero. You will be forever missed by your friends and family, and you will be forever missed by me. On this 10th anniversary of 9/11, may God forever bless the Sullivan family. I will keep you in my heart and prayers.
