I had the pleasure of working with Kevin at the Pentagon. I was on the 5th floor (NISA-P) and he was always stopping by to interact and converse...I thought that he was actually stationed in NISA-P! Always smiling, always a great guy to work with. I can't believe it has been 15 years. I worked at the Pentagon for 3 years and he is one of the hand full of people that I did not have on my team that I remember vividly.
