My name is Jo and I live in the UK. Four years ago I visited the 9/11 memorial. For whatever reason, I took a photo and captured your name engraved on the edge of the memorial. I was very touched by the loving tribute written about you. I wanted to take this opportunity to say that your memory has reached far and wide and will continue to touch many for futures to come.

Translated from German: Hello, I've been trapped in a hole again for days and have been reading a lot about the horrible day. You will never be forgotten, lots of strength to those left behind.
