Every anniversary of 9/11 reminds me of Kelly, but that is not the only time I think of her. Whenever I see the tireless efforts of those who volunteer she comes to mind. Whenever I meet a person with an infectious smile I think of her. She was a hardworking, loving, funny and amazing young women. On 9/11 I was 8 months pregnant with my first child. I learned about Kelly's passing the next morning. I have since had another child and want her family to know that I have told my children about her so that my children understand the true meaning in the loss we all felt that day. How she made a difference in my life just from the gift of having known her. God bless her family. I hope it helps just a little to know that she is still making a difference for those who loved her and held her drear.
