Rodney and kids. We remember Marsha and mourned with you and pray for you yearly. May God Continue to give you the strength to deal with this enormous loss. We miss you all.

Had the distinct pleasure of serving with RM1 Ratchford as her Senior Chief on the USS Abraham Lincoln just prior to my retirement in 1999. RM1 was an exceptional Sailor but more importantly an outstanding individual. She was and still is what brings 9/11 home even more than the images I saw, when I read her name my heart hurt. A Fine Sailor/Leader and Lady gone way to soon leaving behind family and friends that will never forget.
