It was like a gift that we had spent the Sunday prior to 9/11 together at the church bbq i will never forget how truly special of a person you were. I know how much you are missed.

Janet, a message from Marsh colleague in London, England. We spoke so many times about Lotus Notes. Your help and advice was valued. I never met you and Alva but I remember you both at this sad anniversary and at random times. I like to listen to the recording of the names read out so I can hear you and Alva being remembered. I will never forget you both. Michelle x
