I was a NOC manager at Genuity when the attacks occurred. We were on the phone with Frankie after the plane hit and I still remember the last thing he said to us was that they were on the 101st floor and were heading to the roof to get air. This was right before the building collapsed. I remember we had the NOC technicians continue to send messages to Frankie Ed and Kens pagers in hopes of someone hearing them going off. Will never forget that. Rest in peace
