I had the pleasure of working with Kevin at the Pentagon. I was on the 5th floor (NISA-P) and he was always stopping by to interact and converse...I thought that he was actually stationed in NISA-P! Always smiling, always a great guy to work with. I can't believe it has been 15 years. I worked at the Pentagon for 3 years and he is one of the hand full of people that I did not have on my team that I remember vividly.

Kevin Wayne Yokum, 27, a U.S. Navy information systems technician from Lake Charles, La., was stationed in the Pentagon. His sister, Trudie Ceasar, said Yokum came from a military family and has a brother in the U.S. Army. He was a radio communications specialist. "The Navy is what he always wanted," she said. The two spoke by phone every Sunday. "Kevin was a fun-loving, silly guy," Ceasar said. "He was the life of every party." Profile courtesy of THE CHICAGO TRIBUNE.
