Some of my fondest memories growing up are of the friends (and neighbors) like Jen & Meredith who were such a big part of my experiences. To this day I owe who I am in part to the love and friendship we shared. Mer you'll always be in my thoughts.

I still can't believe it. It's like I can still hear her making fun of my spiked Corey Hart hair while sitting on The Bench at RVR. She was always a good friend of mine never hurtful and always there to help console or laugh with you. I still remember the day and then the realization that she was one of the innocent trapped in such a horrible nightmare. Mer you will always be in my thoughts. Your friend Mike Squarek

I went to Cegep at Champlain with Meredith. I just looked at pictures of her and it reminded me of the laughs we shared in the cafeteria. She was a wonderful person, true to her feelings and very genuine. Thank you for sharing these pictures.

Whenever I read about 9-11 I always think of Meredith. What a lost of such a beautiful person. She babysat my son and lived on our street and I knew all all her love. My thoughts are always with Cathy and Bob when I think of her.

AON Corporation | Manager
Biography:

Peter Feidelberg and Meredith Ewart moved from Montreal to the United States in 1997 and were married in March 2000. However, since many family members and friends couldn't attend the ceremony, they held a second one in August 2001.

They lived in Hoboken, New Jersey, and both worked for Aon Corp. on the 104th floor of the World Trade Center's south tower.

Meredith's father, Robert Ewart, remembers frantically calling hospitals and the police in New York and, at one point, he thought Feidelberg had survived based on a false Internet report.

"We spent the night trying to contact people, but by Wednesday we pretty well had lost hope. By Friday, we knew," he said.

He planned on attending the memorial service in New York. "This seemed to be the place to remember our loss."
