I will remember the courage of Chris Blackwell on September 11 and the faith and courage of his family awaiting news during the days that followed this horrific event.

Even though i was only 5 at the time of 9/11 i still remember that tragic event and the great loss the nation felt that day. As his mother said in his memorial about being fearless he had to be fearless that day putting others lives before his own. He will forever live in the hearts of the people he saved and their family. I'm not sure how it is to lose your father but i would have been proud if it was my father and did what he did.
