VOICES Gala... Oh, what A Night of Champions!

We are pleased to present the video and program from our Always Remember Gala and a photo gallery from the evening. The inspiring accomplishments of our prestigious honorees exemplify the power of giving back and the opportunity we all have to turn tragedy into triumph.

Congratulations to our Leadership Honoree – ESPN Chairman Jimmy Pitaro, and our Legacy Honorees Jay Winuk and David Paine, Co-Founders of 9/11 Day. A special note of gratitude to our emcee extraordinaire and friend, ESPN’s Mike Greenberg for orchestrating another memorable evening.

This year’s gala highlighted the unique efforts of our honorees, weaving a tapestry that told the story of how our nation united in the aftermath of 9/11. Jimmy Pitaro devoted ESPN’s time and resources to creating Comeback Season – Sports After 9/11, demonstrating how sports helped us heal. Jay Winuk and David Paine have turned a day of sorrow into a National Day of Service and volunteerism.

Julie Reiber performed a song from Come From Away – the heartwarming story of how the townspeople in Gander, Newfoundland opened their homes to nearly 7,000 stranded passengers.
