In VOICES Mindful Moment series, we paused together from the busy nature of our days to breathe, to reconnect and begin again - feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The recurring series was facilitated by Yoga Alliance Teacher, Wendy Boscia on the first Friday of each month from 10:30-10:45am. The theme for March was "Meeting the Breath and Settling the Mind".
