Approaching the Holidays
Managing Stress and Finding Serenity
Presented by Mickie Brown, RN, HN-BC
Thursday, November 21st - 7:00pm EST
Stress is a common occurrence in everyday life but this year has been particularly demanding for many of us. With the holidays arriving on the heels of the election, that "overwhelming" feeling may seem unremitting. Once Thanksgiving is over, a new rush of demands could emerge as we near the end of the calendar year.
How would you like to not only survive the holiday season, but thrive and connect to your particular observance in a deeper and more profound way? This seminar will focus on practical tips and antidotes to support your health and happiness despite the expectations of the season.
