The Berks County Commissioners voted Thursday to approve a resolution to endorse the concept of the September 11th National Memorial Trail and its passage through Berks County. The commissioners are also encouraging officials in Lancaster, Lebanon, Schuylkill, Lehigh, Chester and Montgomery counties to do the same. More.
