Managing Grief During the Holidays

Managing Grief During The Holidays
From Surviving and Striving, to Healing and Hope

Presented by: Connie Palmer, LCSW

Tuesday, December 13 - 7:00pm to 8:30pm EST

Grief is always painful, but sometimes it feels like someone turns up the volume on our grief during the holidays. VOICES is offering a virtual workshop to explore and discuss our personal experiences of loss this holiday season. The presentation will consider what makes the holidays difficult and ways of coping with the pain of grief. Participants will learn strategies to continue on the journey of hope and healing during the holiday season.
