Wednesday, June 7 - 12:00pm EST

Statistics show that stress, anxiety and depression are dramatically increasing. What are we missing? Community.

Building community is integral to resilience. Knowing we are part of something, the sense of connection and belonging, helps us feel safe.

Dr. Elisha Goldstein will reveal the science behind why connection is essential to catalyze healing. He will discuss the major obstacles that prevent us from thriving, and show us how to organize social influences that help build resilience for greater health and well-being.
