We Will Always Remember

Always Remeber

Dear Families and Friends,

As we mark the solemn occasion of the 23rd Anniversary, we remember the 2,977 precious lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the over 7,000 responders and survivors who have died since of 9/11-related illness. We also acknowledge the more than 77,000 individuals who are currently in treatment for serious medical and mental health conditions.

We will Always Remember those we lost and treasure the friendships we hold dear with their family and friends. The 9/11 Community has provided comfort and support over the years that has transformed our lives.

Each year VOICES hosts a Candle Lighting Service to mark the Anniversary. 9/11 Community Members participate by lighting a candle and reading a verse. This year 23 candles were lit, representing each anniversary that has passed. To view the Candle Lighting Service, click here.

On this 23rd Anniversary may the light of hope continue to shine brightly and bring each of you peace and comfort. You are in our thoughts today and always.

We will Always Remember!

With heartfelt appreciation for your support,
Mary Fetchet & the VOICES Team
