Presented by:
Mickie Brown, RN, HN-BC

In these unprecedented times – at the intersection of a pandemic and social unrest – many of us are experiencing difficulty coping with the uncertainty and subsequent emotional turmoil that may arise. Mindfulness practice offers support and resources to calm our nervous system and thus clarify our thinking, and supports our physical and mental well-being.
