An employee at One World Trade Center in New York, the tallest building in the U.S., has a confirmed case of the novel coronavirus, according to a memo to tenants reviewed by The Chronicle. The employee works on the 27th floor, according to the memo. That space is part of the headquarters of Condé Nast, publisher of the New Yorker, Vanity Fair and Wired magazines.
