On September 9 and 10, VOICES hosted its virtual symposium featuring presentations by experts working in the fields of mental health, trauma and resilience, as well as legal and medical professionals.
With a new name and website, VOICES has launched our Annual Appeal Campaign to fund our broadened programs while continuing to provide long-term support and resources to promote mental health for the 9/11 community.
Tomorrow we commemorate the 19th Anniversary and honor the 2,977 precious lives lost on September 11, 2001. The anniversary is also a time to pay tribute to all those who have been affected since.
The 9/11 terrorist attacks killed 2,977 people and injured thousands at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and in Somerset County, PA. Commemorative events are held at all three sites on the anniversary of the attacks.
