    There have been recent news reports questioning the decision made many years ago regarding the inclusion of unidentified remains in the 9/11 Memorial Museum. Mary and Frank Fetchet joined with other 9/11 family members to create a joint letter which summarizes the thoughtful process that was guided by a wide range of family members over the course of many years.     The state of Maryland will honor Maryland's victims, responders and their families at the Maryland 9/11 Memorial on the plaza of the World Trade Center in Baltimore's Inner Harbor.
