VOICES will host our 11th Anniversary Day of Remembrance Information Forum on September 10th at the Marriott Downtown Hotel, located at 85 West Street in NYC. This year's Forum will feature a special limited preview of In Memoriam, the memorial exhibition that will be part of the 9/11 Memorial Museum.

VOICES is fortunate to have a dedicated group of volunteers who lend their time and talents to contribute to the 9/11 Living Memorial Project. These volunteers work directly with the digital images and tributes that families and friends have contributed.

We are profoundly saddened to hear the news of the recent shooting at the Sikh Temple in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Although the event is still under investigation, the Oak Creek Police are currently treating this as an incident of domestic terrorism.

All of us at VOICES were terribly saddened to hear the news of the senseless, mass shooting in Aurora, Colorado last night. Latest reports indicate that 71 individuals were injured, and 12 tragically died. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families, as well as those who were injured and the community at large.

Last week, we received news from Joe Daniels at the 9/11 Memorial that this year's commemoration will be held on September 11th at the National September 11 Memorial in New York City.
