A veteran Westchester County firefighter last died after battling a 9/11-related cancer for two years. Former Greenville Fire Chief Daniel Raftery died on Sunday. He was 74 years old. New legislation has been passed in to law that will provide model curriculum to schools to teach about the events and significance of Sept. 11, 2001. The bill, produced by Sen.
