Recognizing that many of our members are interested in learning more about PTSD, we are taking this opportunity to share information about the symptoms, but also the good news that treatment is available!

On Tuesday, June 10th VOICES Center of Excellence for Community Resilience is hosting a half-day training on Motivational Interviewing. The training will be held from 1pm to 4pm at the VOICES office, located at 84 Albany Street, New Brunswick, NJ. Emma Shelby, Assistant Director of Wellness and Recovery Services at The Mental Health Association in New Jersey will provide the training.

This has been a long journey and a collaborative effort that began just months after the attacks when families and others impacted gathered to discuss creating a fitting memorial.
