9/11 Museum dedication brings back tragic day

It was a particularly somber morning for many in Greenwich as television and radio channels switched to broadcast the ceremony at the new 9/11 Memorial Museum, dedicated Thursday by President Barack Obama as a symbol that says of America: "Nothing can ever break us."

The Needham 9/11 Memorial Committee announces that Needham Bank has become the lead sponsor of the upcoming First Responders Party.

Symposium to tackle resiliency in the face of trauma

The New Canaan-based Voices of September 11th and the Rutgers University School of Social Work will host the symposium "Promoting Resiliency in Communities Impacted by Trauma: Identification and Treatment of Long Term Needs" Friday, Jan. 17. The symposium will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Rutgers University's Trayes Hall, Douglass Campus Center, 100 George St., New Brunswick, N.J.

Hillary Clinton and Ray Kelly Remember Sept. 11

Voices is an organization that helps families and communities heal after tragedy. The organization was founded by Mary and Frank Fetchet soon after the attacks that took place on September 11, 2001. Mary and Frank lost their 24-year-old son Brad in tower 2 that day.
