The artwork of seven Jefferson Community College veteran students have been selected by the U.S. Department of State to be included in the “And Yet We Rise: 20 Years Remembrance and Reflection of September 11” exhibit in London. The Northern California Veterans Museum and Heritage Center has partnered with Romans Warrior Foundation to host a 9/11 memorial through Sunday. The memorial is called the "Wall of Remembrance" and is a two-sided wall commemorating those who lost their lives on 9/11, during the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and from the effects of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
