The Somerset Chamber of Commerce and Somerset Inc. are paying tribute to the lives lost on Sept. 11, 2001, with a second annual flag installment event. It's being held at the Pennsylvania Turnpike exit to act as a gateway to Somerset County and the Flight 93 Memorial. On Tuesday, volunteers placed 2,977 flags at the entrance to the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Somerset County to represent every person killed in the terror attacks in Pennsylvania, New York City and the nation's capital on 9/11. More.
