VOICES is facilitating bi-monthly Peer-to-Peer Support Groups for 9/11 Responders as we continue to build a supportive community for those with shared experiences. These on-going groups will be co-facilitated by VOICES staff and 9/11 community members.
Individuals coping with grief often feel isolated. Bereavement groups allow those who have lost a loved one to share their struggles with others who have experienced similar loss.
Parents Helping Parents is a peer-to-peer community-based support group for those who have suffered the loss of a child. The group member offer encouragement and comfort, discuss topics relevant to grief and loss, and provide information and helpful resources.
Join us on Wednesday, August 31 and Wednesday, September 21 at 7:00pm as we gather virtually to support one another in advance of, and after, the upcoming anniversary.
