Individuals coping with grief often feel isolated. Bereavement groups allow those who have lost a loved one to share their struggles with others who have experienced similar loss.
Parents Helping Parents is a peer-to-peer community-based support group for those who have suffered the loss of a child. The group member offer encouragement and comfort, discuss topics relevant to grief and loss, and provide information and helpful resources.
